DO NOT work with a third party housing agency. If you get a call or email from one, ignore it. There are businesses that run scams, trying to poach hotel room blocks.
Hotel Parking
A discounted self-parking fee of $35 daily with in/out privileges is available to all conference attendees. This is based upon availability and spaces are not reserved for the group. The parking facility is located at 50 East Ohio and is not owned or operated by the Hotel. Guests utilizing the parking facility do so at their own discretion and understand that the Hotel shall not be held liable for any changes in parking rates or availability of spaces.
Overnight Guest Parking: Bring your parking ticket to the hotel front desk, and it will be validated for the discounted rate.
Daily Attendee Parking: Ask for a parking sticker at conference registration where you receive your name badge, and a sticker will be placed on your parking ticket to lower the amount due.
The discounted rate is only for self parking, and not for valet parking.
