Exhibit Hall Notes

Each exhibit table is 6 feet long, and includes one chair, but extras can be provided

Exhibit spaces are 8 feet wide

The exhibit hall will open for setup at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, and open to the attendees at 2:00 p.m. Monday

The hall will close at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, and exhibitors must be out of the hall by 6:00 p.m. (when the cocktail reception begins)

Shipping information is available here. Please list “Faith & Fundraising Conference” for the Conference/Group Name on your label. FedEx will accept packages four (4) days prior to the start of the conference without incurring storage fees. Shipments may be retrieved from the FedEx office on the 2nd floor.
